OLD WORLD FOLK ART SANTA CLAUS SHEEP PULL TOY

                SOLD!
I've been busy sewing another Santa Doll. I made him a coat and hood using a nice cotton homespun fabric. I've been saving this for just the right santa. The coat is embellished with rusty jingle bells. He holds a greenery branch and Christmas garland. I made the garland using wooden beads and blocks. The lamb was made using muslin and curly wool faux fur.

Bethann, This Santa is awesome! He has the old world look that I love. I had something similar in mind when I started my Father Christmas but.....he just turned out all country looking! I think the homespun fabric and sheep are so perfect! Great job.

Thank-you Rhissanna, this is my first wooly sheep/lamb.

Thank-you Sherri, I enjoyed making him and I was hoping to capture the old world appeal.

Thank-you Mary, I had fun with this santa!
