MADAME MORI DOLL WIP

Madame Mori Doll WIP by Bethann Scott

For several days I've been working on an Asian Puppet Doll. The dolls costume consists of several layers and I've found myself switching out colors and fabrics. All her clothing is pinned in place for now until I'm completely satisfied with the color combinations.

She is so lovely. Many years ago we took a trip to Japan & I fell in love with the beautiful silks. We saw some wonderful antique kimonos and the obi belts that wrap around them. This dolly really brought back some fond memories. Your fabric combinations are perfect!342

Thank-you Sherri. You are so fortunate to have traveled to Japan. I'm sure the kimonos were gorgeous.

Thank-you Mary Ann and Shashi.
