The Traveler style doll is now finished. I totally switched directions and changed her costume. For some reason I just wasn't satisfied with the dress. She just didn't appear to be a "Traveler". Instead I gave her a  wool plaid skirt, a cashmere wool sweater, cotton bloomers, cashmere wool socks, leather shoes and a wool scarf. I'm pleased with her look and just wish I could have finished in time for the Challenge.

Though I didn't make her in time for the challenge, I'm glad to have made a doll that stands 13 inches tall including the wood plaque.

For her Journey, I gave her a wool scarf tied and tucked under her chin. She carries a basket and a twig for her staff.

Beth you did a wonderful job. I love her costume. The texture of wool has really given her the traveller look.
