TRAVELER DOLL

The Traveler doll is finally finished. I totally switched directions and changed her costume. For some reason I just wasn't satisfied with the dress. She just didn't appear to be a "Traveler". Instead I gave her a  wool plaid skirt, a cashmere sweater and socks, cotton bloomers, leather shoes and a wool scarf. Though I didn't finish her in time for the challenge, I'm glad I accomplished making a 13 inch doll.

She turned out very nicely. I like the wool. I wonder where she's going!

Thank-you Sherri and Chip Butter (Mary). Wool is my favorite fabric. Glad you like the changes.

Beth you did a wonderful job. I love her costume. The texture of wool has really given her the traveller look.
