WITCH WIP

I was glad to pick up a sewing needle and do some work on the doll that has been patiently waiting for summer to come to an end. I started this doll back in June and wasn't sure what she would become. It's such a good feeling to be sewing once again.

WITCH WIP BY BETHANN SCOTT
I managed to sew a pair of black leather lace up boots, a linen chemise and a leather hat. I'm considering a skirt, vest and possible cape in wool.

She's a dandy, can't wait to see the finished gal!

I love her...such a pretty face! A leather hat and boots! I will be looking forward to seeing more about these. Working with leather can be tedious work, especially on such a small scale. Do you have a source for a lightweight leather?

Thanks Sherri and Chip Butter.

Leather is tedious work and the pair of boots takes a least one complete day. I find vintage leather sometimes is the best source.
