Rabbits and Facebook

I have Spring fever especially since the last couple of days have been in the upper 60s. Here in Ohio we don't expect this lovely type of weather in February. I started sewing my wool Rabbits.

Spring is on it's way!!

To celebrate March and the soon arrival of spring, I made a grey wool rabbit. The rabbit is button jointed and can sit with legs positioned up or down. I will be making just a few of these rabbits and then moving on to finish other dolls in progress.

WOOL BUNNY RABBIT

Time To Make Some Bunny Rabbits
It's that time of year and spring is on it's way! Flowers are starting to pop up and I am eager for the warmer weather. I've had a couple of requests for some Rabbit Dolls and I made this sweet rabbit using charcoal color wool and needle felted lamb's wool to his tummy, muzzle and tail.

The rabbit is button jointed so he can sit with legs up or down. This is the first time I used wool for a rabbit body and I love it. It looks so good!

SPRING FOLK ART BUNNY RABBIT DOLL

Folk Art Rabbit Girl by Bethann Scott

To celebrate Spring, even though it snowed today, I thought I would make a couple Bunny Rabbit Dolls. This time I decided to make a "Girl" bunny. She has Rusty Wire Whiskers. She is holding a basket with three wooden eggs decorated with crackle paint. The basket is trimmed with ribbon, rick rack, and a rusty heart!
